NB!! RENOVATION NEAR NEIGHBORS 2023-2024

Spring/summer/autumn -2024-renovation-neighbors.

In October 2023, our direct neighbors started renovating their entire house. The work is from Monday to Friday between approximately 8:00 and 16:30.

UPDATE 8-5-2024 this week a scaffolding was placed outside. The permit for the facade has not yet been finalized, so it is not yet known when they can start with this. This does mean that this scaffolding will remain up for weeks. The work is very different in nature, there are days when we hear nothing, and days when work is clearly being done. UPDATE 18-7-2024 the rear facade is a fact. This has also been rebuilt in the meantime. It is not yet clear when the side facade and front facade will be next. UPDATE 30-8-2024 last week they started with new roofing. UPDATE 12-9-2024 next week they will finally demolish the front facade. UPDATE 10-10-2024 There is still nuisance during the day from the renovation. The side facade still has to be demolished The expectation is that they will be finished by the end of this year.

It remains unclear to us what will happen during the week that you stay with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot prevent inconvenience from occurring.

They are expected to be ready around December '24/January '25.
