Terms and Conditions

• When booking, you will be asked to pay a 35% deposit immediately. Your reservation is final once we have received the deposit. You can also transfer the total amount immediately. If your arrival is within 14 days, we ask you to transfer the total amount immediately. You will receive a booking confirmation from us once we have received the payment.

• The remaining payment must be made no later than 14 days before arrival.

• The deposit and final payment must be transferred to IBAN: NL59RABO0128648929 in the name of Bed and Breakfast aan Strand.

For bookings in 2026, the deposit must be paid in January 2026. We will then send you a confirmation with the deposit details.

• The reservation will be automatically cancelled if we have not received any payment (or down payment) within a few days after booking.

In case of cancellation according to the terms and conditions, we will refund your payment as soon as possible.

If your arrival time is different than stated in your booking, please let us know by email at info@aan-strand.nl or by phone at 0031-714013890.

You can only pay in cash at our Bed and Breakfast; we do not have an ATM. However, we do not accept €200 or €500 notes. Unfortunately, credit card payments are not accepted at the B&B.
